Beth brings more than 25 years of experience in finance and operations to her role on Highland’s Administrative Team, where she supports internal operations across finance and administrative functions. Her background spans both large corporations and entrepreneurial environments, with a focus on financial management, operational systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
Before joining Highland in 2025, Beth spent over a decade with a startup organization, helping to shape its finance and operations infrastructure. She began her career in the property and casualty insurance industry at a Fortune 500 company, where she focused on pricing and product development.
Beth’s work is grounded in a deep sense of responsibility, a commitment to consistency, and a drive to contribute meaningfully—qualities that continue to shape her approach at Highland.
