Rich has advised both corporate and nonprofit clients over the years with multiple facets of retirement plan consulting with the objective of improving outcomes for plan participants. Rich has consulted on all aspects of 401(k) and 403(b) plans, including plan design, investment selection & monitoring, and processes for lowering costs, educating employees and managing vendor relationships.
