Jackie serves our consulting, client service and research teams by providing support in the areas of business development and marketing. With years of experience in strategic communications, Jackie oversees Highland’s messaging ensuring that our client-first ethos is communicated clearly across a variety of channels.

With well-honed organizational skills and a history as a spelling bee champ, Jackie multitasks effectively with a zero tolerance policy for typos. When Jackie isn’t coordinating Highland’s communications, she can be found orchestrating family events for her three children, their families, and her in-laws as part of a close-knit family.
