Rich Swanner

CPFA, QKA

"I enjoy making differences in our clients’ organizations that help their employees work toward a dignified and fulfilling retirement.”

Rich has advised both corporate and nonprofit clients over the years with multiple facets of retirement plan consulting with the objective of improving outcomes for plan participants. Rich has consulted on all aspects of 401(k) and 403(b) plans, including plan design, investment selection & monitoring, and processes for lowering costs, educating employees and managing vendor relationships.

“I've never forgotten that the end user is a worker saving their money to prepare for a dignified and much deserved retirement. All of the work I do with plan sponsors and employers is with this ultimate outcome in mind.”

Rich resides in Dublin, Ohio with his wife and their three children where he’s likely attending one of the kids’ sporting events, growing veggies in his garden, or listening to a podcast while he’s out jogging. Rich once met the original television Batman, Adam West, who said to him in his Batman voice, “Gee, you sure are a cute little fella.” Batman didn’t realize he was talking to a future crusader, helping to make retirements more secure one participant at a time.
